Artel Announces the Release of Two New Modules for the DL4000 Digital Video Transport System

Boxborough, MA – September 2008 — Artel Video Systems, a leading provider of video over fiber optics transport equipment, announces the release of two new modules for the DL4000 Digital Video Transport System, the DLC170AD and the DLC170DA.

The DLC170AD converts Composite NTSC or PAL analog video and baseband audio to SDI (SMPTE 259M), while the DLC170DA converts SDI (SMPTE 259M) to Composite NTSC or PAL analog video and baseband audio. Both modules use industry standard optics SFP’s of 1310nm, 1550nm, CWDM or DWDM wavelengths with an optical budget of 36dB.  Used as a pair the modules insure optical transport exceeding TV-1 RS250-C “Short Haul” specifications. C-COR Annouces Agreement Of Terms To Sell DV6000 Product Line to Newfound Technology

State College, PA (January 12, 2006) – C-COR Incorporated (Nasdaq: CCBL), a global provider of interoperable solutions that simplify the transition to on demand networks, today announced that the Company has reached an understanding on the principal terms with Newfound Technology Inc., a privately held, Massachusetts-based supplier of electronic hardware, under which Newfound Technology will acquire the assets and intellectual property of C-COR’s DV6000® product line. The transaction is subject to negotiation and execution of a definitive purchase agreement as well as customary closing conditions and is expected to be completed in the third quarter of C-COR’s fiscal year 2006.
